Here is entry #9 in the much loved series featuring George and Harold and Captain Underpants, their school principal who reverts to a superhero when they snap their fingers. As we left George and Harold in the last installment, they ended up in prison. Now they are free. However, some time travel might just destroy all they know and love, including themselves.
